Philanthropy is an extremely important part of both my personal and professional life and I embrace every opportunity to give something back. As well as donating regularly to the St. James's Place Charitable Foundation I regularly volunteer and take part in fundraising activities for fantastic causes, some of which you can read more information on below.
On 13 April 2014 I ran the Virgin London Marathon for the Children’s Trust via the St. James's Place Charitable Foundation in 4:52 hours. It was the hardest but most incredible thing I have ever done and in the process I am delighted to have raised a significant amount of money for a fantastic cause, all of which is matched by St. James's Place.
The Children’s Trust is the UK's leading charity for children with brain injury. They work with children and young people from across the UK. All the money I raised was matched pound for pound by the Company and the full amount was then donated to the Children’s Trust.
